The minimum requirements are the bare minimum specifications we advise clients or potential clients to have to run Prevail. Again, depending on your particular speed preferences, these requirements may not produce the most sufficient working environment for you. The recommended requirements are what we recommend as proficient for running Prevail. If the performance under any of these conditions is not to your liking, consider upgrading your hardware.

In order to integrate Emails with Prevail you will need one of the following:

* In order to be able to scan directly into Prevail, you will need a scanner that is TWAIN compatible with the appropriate drivers installed. Please contact your Network Administrator for assistance to confirm compatibility.
** For remote access to Prevail we recommend using a Terminal Server connection or logmein Free. Due to network latency issues a VPN connection is not acceptable for providing an adequate remote access solution.
*** Because of variable bandwidth constraints, we discourage wireless connections. If a wireless network is necessary, we recommend Wireless N (IEEE 802.11n).
****Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended to review documentation and help files within Prevail. Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional or Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard or Professional is required if you wish to generate PDF documents with the Prevail merge engine.
*****The Advantage Database Server will be a mandatory requirement in a LAN multi-user environment to ensure optimum performance of the Prevail Case Management software, please contact us for additional information.
