Miscellaneous
The Miscellaneous law type is a catch-all for any matters you may have that don’t fall into any of the typical areas of law that you practice. With this basic layout, you can create as many case types as you’d like that fall under the Miscellaneous umbrella. For example, you might create a Contract Review case type if you occasionally review simple contracts for clients. All of Prevail’s tools are available to you for all law types, including this one.
Process Builder

Document Merge
Prevail makes it easy for you to generate documents of virtually any kind, which can contain data from any field in Prevail.
Matter Mangement
Think of Prevail’s Matter tab as the “who, what, when, where, and why” of the system. This tab provides the user with a place to see all of the details of the matter and all related parties on one well-organized page.
